FOUNDATIONAL PAPER

Bitcoin in the Institutional Era

My original long-form research piece (updated August 2026)

OPEN FOUNDATIONAL PAPER →
Personal Context: Since 2011, I have championed Bitcoin through its most volatile periods on Twitter; from the Mt. Gox hack, right through the Coincheck and FTX debacles, I always fought hysterics and hype with calm logic, conviction and advice - "diversify but stay committed". I finally departed the platform when the signal-to-noise ratio went ballistic, and ultimately chose to depart the whole social media circus for more intellectual pursuits. It still troubles me however, to witness the escalating attempts to co-opt Crypto's foundational ethos. These whitepapers represents my contribution to an informed public discourse. Knowledge is your strongest defence against greed and social-media scammers. Carpe Diem.
